Here at the Waveboard Potsdam we always keep an open eye on every little detail in order to make every stay an experience beyond compare for our guests. An adaptable house, open to innovation while always meeting the highest standards in accommodation. 

ARRIVAL/ DEPARTURE

Arrival is possible from 3 p.m., early arrival on request and availability.

Please note that the reception is only open until 4 p.m. If you are unable to arrive by 4 p.m., there is a check-in machine in the hotel foyer that you can use to check in around the clock. To be on the safe side, please contact us again before 4 p.m. to avoid any errors that may have occurred (wrong number of people, name comparison, etc.). To check in you only need the full surname under which you have booked the apartment.

Departure is until 11:00 a.m., late departure possible on request and availability

CHILDREN AND EXTRA BEDS

Children of all ages are welcome.

Children 7 years and older are considered adults.

Children from 0 - 6 years stay free of charge in the parents' bed, we provide cots on request (these cost a one-time fee of €20).

We have no space for additional extra beds. However, almost every apartment has a sofa bed in the living area. The surcharge for this is €40 per night.

All baby cots and sofa beds are subject to availability.

PETS

Pets are very welcome with us!

We charge a surcharge of €15 per night. Please let us know before arrival.

Additional costs are not included in the total price and must be paid separately during your stay.

PAYMENT

Waveboard Boardinghouse accepts the following cards and reserves the right to temporarily hold an amount prior to arrival:

maestro, Mastercard, Visa, EC card, American Express

CANCELLATION POLICY AND DEPOSIT

The cancellation and prepayment conditions change depending on the accommodation category, rate type and dates of travel.

Please insert your travel dates and check the conditions of your chosen room category and rate type.

OTHER

The Waveboard is a smoke-free Apartment house. 

Parties/events are not allowed.
